Creating cards and modular type

A screen shot process of card creation and modular type.

My type was just a ttf. file so it didn't fit into the grid. This is probably a bad thing.

Here I began experimenting on how to create my module or whatever.

Half circles failed miserably and I didn't think they would even look good where I wanted to place them.

I opted for the triangle.

Here's a problem, I couldn't figure out how to get the triangles to "snap to" the letter form so I had these gaps of white show through....but it didn't show up when I printed it.
